i want to create an educational website for teaching computer softwares , high school lessons, web design training and language corses and training but im wondering to build a free website and make my income by advertisment and traffic and etc or a pay to join one which has a low cost for joining and using the site plz hit me by more details thanx

Go the advertising way, at least to begin with. Nobody’s going to pay to join a site if it doesn’t already have a reputation to stand on.
